A small team with a big mission: making monitoring simple, accessible, and reliable for everyone.
Upcron.io is built by a small team spread across Poland and Italy. We're developers who understand the pain of discovering your services are down only after your users complain.
We created Upcron.io because we needed a monitoring solution that was simple to set up, affordable for small teams and indie developers, and powerful enough to handle real-world needs. Now we're sharing it with you.
The principles that guide everything we build
We believe monitoring shouldn't require a PhD. Our goal is to make setup as quick as possible so you can focus on building, not configuring. If something feels complicated, we've failed.
Open source and non-profit projects are the backbone of the internet. That's why Upcron.io is free for open source maintainers and non-profit organizations. We want to give back to the community that has given us so much.
We actively listen to user feedback and work hard to accommodate feature requests. Being a small team means we can move fast and adapt to what our users actually need, not what we think they need.
We strive to keep our monitoring infrastructure as reliable and functional as possible. Our systems are designed with redundancy in mind, and we continuously work to improve uptime and response times.
However, we believe in being honest with our users. As a small team, we provide a best-effort availability guarantee. We don't make promises we can't keep.
What we can promise is that we care deeply about the service we provide, and when issues arise, we'll communicate openly and work tirelessly to resolve them.
Have questions, feedback, or just want to say hello? We'd love to hear from you.
Join us and keep your services running smoothly.
